Extremely happy with the service that we have received from Afrihost. We have been with them for 2 years and have had very little problems with our Fibre line. On the odd occasion when we do have a problem, their staff are always willing to help and sort the issues within minutes.

Most companies/ISPs don't have whatsapp to easily communicate our issues, or they have bots to answer us which is never good. Afrihost has very good consultant and I've always received good troubleshooting skills from them

Bad news about Afrihost no longer running Rain, so they cannot get any info when rain's network goes belly-up. And now to have to change to another provider which is too expensive. But the info from Afrihost was very helpful. I will just have to cripple on with Rain until I can afford to change. Update: Jan S helped out and gave me useful information. Updating to 5 stars.
